Chicken Fillets
cubed (2 pounds)
Instructions
1.) Combine all the ingredients except the Chicken in a small bowl – mix well
2.) Place the Chicken in a marinade container and pour the Sauce over, mix through and chill for 30 – 45 minutes
3.) Thread the Chicken cubes onto kebab sticks and grill 8 – 10 minutes or until done – brushing with any leftover marinade frequently
