1.) Pre-heat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F) – spray a 20 x 30cm ( 9 x 13 inch ) baking pan with cooking oil.
2.) Beat together the Sugar, Oil, Eggs, Vanilla and Water until well combined
3.) Add the Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Salt – beat another 1 – 2 minutes
4.) Stir in the Nuts – pour batter into the prepared baking dish – bake 25 minutes
5.) Remove and sprinkle with the Chocolate Nuts and Marshmallows – pressing the Chocolate Chips down slightly – bake another 5 – 7 minutes
6.) Remove from the oven – use a teaspoon and gently press down on the puffed up Marshmallows (not necessary, but I like the splattered look) – let cool completely and slice into bars
