cored and cubed (I have Apples, Pears and **Dried Prunes) (2 pounds)

Instructions
1.) Pre-heat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F) – spray a large, deep 20 x 30 cm oven dish (9 x 12 inch) with cooking oil
2.) Place the Flour and Butter in a food processor – pulse until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs – transfer to a mixing bowl
3.) Add the Brown Sugar, Oatmeal and Almonds to the Flour mixture and stir through – set aside
4.) Place the Mixed Fruit, Cinnamon and Caster Sugar in a large mixing bowl – stir to combine – transfer to the prepared oven dish
5.) Top with the crumbly Flour/Oatmeal mixture – bake 40 – 45 minutes or until fruit is cooked through and the crumble is golden
