Season the Chicken strips with Salt and Black Pepper - roll in the Cornflour (Cornstarch).
Heat the Vegetable Oil in a skillet or wok and cook the Chicken until golden and done - remove from wok and keep warm.
Using the same skillet or wok, heat the Ginger, Honey and Soy Sauce - reduce until sticky - pour over Chicken kept aside.
Add the Sesame Oil (and a little more Vegetable Oil) to the skillet or wok - stir-fry Cabbage until soft - add the cooked Noodles - stir through and heat.
Serve the Chicken on a bed of Cabbage-Pasta sprinkled with Sesame Seeds (optional).
