Cauliflower
cooked, drained and roughly chopped
1 ¼
cups
Self-Raising Flour

Salt
½
cup
Milk

extra-large Egg

TB
Butter
melted
Oil for deep fry
Instructions
1.) Mix the Flour and Salt – add the Cauliflower and stir through
2.) Beat the Milk, Egg and melted Butter together in a separate bowl – add to the Cauliflower mixture and stir until combined
3.) Drop table spoon sized batter into the Oil and fry until golden and crispy – remove with a slotted spoon – place on paper towel to drain
4.) Serve with or without a sauce
