Coconut Flakes

Instructions
Beat together the Coconut Milk, Caster Sugar, Vanilla and Cocoa Powder until well combined
Stir in the Chia Seeds – pour into 4 half cup sized serving jars or bowls – chill 4 – 6 hours in the refrigerator
Decorate with Coconut Flakes before serving
