Buttermilk

Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 180 deg C (360 deg F) – spray a 20 x 30 cm ( 8 x 12 inch ) oven dish with cooking oil
Boil the Potatoes in the skin until cooked – cool slightly and remove skin – slice into 10 mm slices
Arrange half the Potatoes in the prepared oven dish – season to taste with Salt and Pepper – sprinkle over half the Cheese and repeat the layers
Whisk together the Buttermilk and Eggs – pour over the layers – bake 25 minutes or until the Egg mixture has set and the Cheese is melted
