Black Grapes
halved

Green Grapes

Low-Fat Feta Round
crumbled

Fresh Mint Leaves
chopped

Red Onion
finely chopped
Instructions
Cook the Orzo as per the instructions on the packet – drain, rinse under cold water and drain again – set aside
Meanwhile whisk the Oil. Juice, Salt and Pepper in a small bowl
Toss together the cooked Orzo, Grapes, Feta, Mint and Red Onion in a mixing bowl – transfer to a serving salad dish
Drizzle with the Lemon dressing – keep chilled until ready to serve
