500gFresh Green Beanscut into 2.5cm (one inch) pieces ( 16 oz )
2tFresh Garliccrushed
¼cupButter
Salt and Black Pepperto taste
½cupFeta Cheesecubed
Instructions
Cook the Green Beans in lightly salted water over high heat until cooked – drain well
Melt the Butter in a skillet and add the Garlic – saute 1 minute – add the Green Beans and stir-fry 2 – 3 minutes – Season to taste with Salt and Black Pepper
Sprinkle over the Feta Cheese – stir through gently and remove from heat
