Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F) – spray a 20 x 20cm ( 8 inch ) oven dish with cooking oil
Form 24 meatballs with the Sausage meat – place on the prepared oven dish – bake covered (lid or aluminium foil) for 1 hour or until done
Once the meatballs are cooked – heat the Bolognaise Sauce with the remaining 1 TB Sugar in the microwave or in a saucepan on the stove top – pour the warm sauce over the meatballs and bake another 15 minutes
Meanwhile, melt the Butter in a pan and saute the Onions until soft – add 1 TB Sugar and cook another minute or two until caramelized – keep aside
Place the Rolls on a lined baking sheet – spoon the caramelized Onions into each of the Rolls
Add three meatballs (and sauce) to each Roll – top with grated Mozzarella and place under the grill element of the oven until the cheese has melted and is bubbly
Garnish with Parsley and serve immediately
