Combine the Flour, Salt and Yeast in a large mixing bowl – mix together the Oil and Water – gradually mix into the dry ingredients to create a soft dough {add more Water if necessary} – place dough on a floured surface and knead about 5 minutes until elastic – place in an oiled bowl and cover with cling wrap – let rise in a warm place to double the size
Knock down the dough and add all the remaining ingredients – knead until smooth and all the ingredients are completely mixed through
Divide the dough in 12 equal pieces – shape into balls – place on a lined baking sheet and cover loosely with cling wrap – let rise another 30 minutes
While the Bread Rolls are rising, you can pre-heat the oven to 200 deg C (400 deg F) – once risen, remove the cling wrap and bake 30 – 35 minutes or until golden and done
