Heat the Oil over high heat – season the Beef with Salt and Black Pepper – cook Beef until done to your preference – remove Beef from the skillet and keep aside
VEGETABLES:
Add the Onion and both Peppers to the skillet – saute 3 minutes or until tender – add the 2 TB Water – lower the heat and cook another minute, stirring continuously
SAUCE And TO FINISH:
Add back the Beef together with the Tomato Puree, Basil, Garlic and 1/4 cup Water – bring back to the boil, stirring for 1 – 2 minutes
Serve warm
