Heat the Oil in a large skillet – cook the ground Beef until done – drain if necessary – remove from skillet and keep aside
Add a little more Oil (if needed) and saute the Onion, Green Bell Peppers and Garlic until soft but not brown
Combine the Dark Brown Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, Mustard, Tomato Sauce and Cider Vinegar – add to the vegetables in the skillet – Cook over low heat for 3 – 5 minutes
Add the cooked Ground Beef to the mixture in the skillet – stir through – season to taste with Salt and Pepper
Heat through gently (not too long – only until heated through)
Spoon the BBQ Beef onto the Hamburger buns and serve
