Heat the Oil in a large wok or pan – cook the Sausages until done
Add the Onion and Garlic – saute until the Onions are golden and tender
Stir in the Cabbage, Beans, Curry, Sugar, Vinegar and Tomatoes – mix gently, cover and let simmer 15 – 20 minutes or until the Cabbage is cooked and the Tomatoes start to burst open
Remove from the heat – season to taste with Salt and Black Pepper
