2Peachessliced into 12 wedges, any firm type (I used Nectarines)
½Red Onioncut into small squares
6Cherry TomatoesYellow or Red ( halved )
12Basil Leaves
Instructions
Divide the Cheese in 12 equal sized pieces – roll into balls and then roll into the Chives – chill to firm up (about 20 – 25 minutes)
Thread the Cheese Balls, together with the rest of the ingredients onto medium wooden sticks (the Cheese Balls and Peach wedges make the best standing platforms)
