450gRump or Sirloin Steaksliced into strips ( 1 pound )

1largeOnionhalved and sliced
6cupsMilk
4cupsPenne Pasta
1 ½cupsStrong Cheddar Cheesegrated
TO SERVE:
3Spring Onionschopped
1-2sprigsParsley

Instructions
SEASONING:
Combine all the ingredients for the seasoning in a small bowl
FAJITA PASTA:
Heat 2 tablespoons Oil over high heat in a large saucepan and stir-fry the Rump/Sirloin until done (sprinkle over the seasoning halfway through) - remove from saucepan (as well as any pan juices) and keep aside
Add the remaining Oil to the saucepan - saute all the Bell Peppers and the Onion until the Onion is transluscent
Add back the meat as well as the Milk and Pasta - stir through. Cover partially with the saucepan lid and cook until the Pasta is done - adjust seasoning if necessary
Stir in the Cheddar cheese and heat until the cheese has melted
TO SERVE:
Scatter over the Spring Onion and garnish with a sprig or 2 of Parsley - Serve with Lime wedges on the side
