6Pork Sausages(meat removed from casings and formed into meatballs)
4tFresh Garliccrushed
1tDried Chili Flakes
½cupParmesan Cheesefinely grated
Salt and Black Pepperto taste
Instructions
Cook the Pasta as per the instructions on the packet but add the Broccoli midway through cooking – cook until Pasta is al dente and the Broccoli still crunchy – drain, but retain 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid
Heat the Oil in a large skillet – gently fry the Pork meatballs together with the Garlic and Chili Flakes until cooked through – between 4 – 6 minutes
Add the cooked Pasta and Broccoli to the Meatballs in the skillet and lightly mix – add the retained Pasta liquid and warm through – season to taste with Salt and Pepper – transfer to a serving dish
Sprinkle over the Parmesan Cheese and serve
