DRESSING:

Dijon Mustard

Instructions
SALAD:
Toss together all the Salad ingredients in a large bowl - transfer to a serving plate
DRESSING:
Whisk together all the Dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salad just before serving
Notes
Salad ingredients can also be arranged in any way you prefer instead of tossing together
