Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 220 deg C (450 deg F) – spray an oven dish with cooking oil
Arrange the Brussels Sprouts and Bacon on the prepared oven dish – sprinkle over the Olive Oil and season with Salt and Pepper – stir to combine
Roast 20 minutes – remove from the oven – drizzle over the Honey and Vinegar – roast a further 10 – 15 minutes until caramelized
