Plum Arugula and Walnut Salad is a wonderful, refreshing salad to serve on the side which goes well with just about any main meal - from Sunday roasts to seafood dishes !

Walnuts

Olive Oil

Maple Syrup

Black Pepper

Instructions
Layer the Arugula, Plums, Cheese and Walnuts in a salad bowl
Combine the Olive Oil and Maple Syrup – drizzle over the salad
Season to taste with Salt and Black Pepper
Keep chilled until ready to serve
