Watermelon

Low-Fat Feta Cheese
cubed

Olive Oil
extra virgin

Lime Juice
freshly squeezed
Black Pepper
to taste

Fresh Mint Leaves
optional
Instructions
Place the Watermelon, Onion and Feta in a serving dish – toss to mix
Mix together the Olive Oil, Lime Juice and Black Lemon Pepper – drizzle over the Watermelon
Top with the Mint Leaves (if using) and serve well chilled
Notes
Optional extras to add include
:
Kalamata Olives, nuts, seeds, baby leaf herbs, mixed lettuce, pickled onions etc.
