Heat the Oil in a large skillet – cook the Garlic and Ginger Paste with the Steak strips for 2 minutes, stirring continuously – remove from skillet and keep aside
Using the same skillet (add more Oil if needed) and stir-fry the Vegetables until tender but still crisp
Add back the Steak together with the Soy Sauce and Rice – stir and heat through
Season to taste with Salt and Pepper
