Pre-heat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F) – line a 20 x 20cm (8 x 8 inch) oven dish
Combine the Flour Butter, Icing Sugar and Cocoa until a soft dough forms – press into the bottom of the lined oven dish – bake 10 minutes
TOPPING:
Meanwhile beat together the Sour Cream, Caster Sugar, Irish Cream, Flour, Vanilla and Egg – pour over the baked crust and return to the oven – bake another 15 – 20 minutes or until set
Remove from the oven and cool 15 minutes – place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
