2.5 cm ( 1 inch ) long x 3 mm thick

Sour Cherry Jam

Honey

to garnish
Instructions
Cook the Rosti as per the instructions on the packet - let cool completely - transfer to a serving plate
Place a slice of Brie cheese on each Rosti - top with one teaspoon of Sour Cherry Jam per Rosti
Sprinkle over the Thyme leaves and drizzle with Honey
Garnish with a couple of Thyme sprigs and serve
Notes
Best to use Rosti rounds which are about 1.5 cm thick and 5 cm ( 2 inches ) in diameter
