Steak and Vegetable Fried Rice

Steak and Vegetable Fried Rice is a fantastic recipe to use up your leftover Rice and this delicious meal is ready in minutes

Steak and Vegetable Fried Rice

Stir-fries are quick and easy to prepare and is ready on the table in no time at all. I also like that the vegetables are not cooked dead.

Which are of course also much healthier as less nutrients go to waste. We have this Steak and Vegetable Fried Rice at least once every two weeks, with a change of vegetables now and then.

The recipe I am sharing today, includes my favorite vegetable combination and fortunately our supermarket sells this throughout the year.

Fresh vegetables can also be substituted with frozen vegetables. It really is a personal choice or use whatever is available.

Steak and Vegetable Fried Rice

Start to finish – no longer than 30 minutes, which makes this a must-have recipe for any busy household.
