During Summer we are always looking for cool foods, whether it is Breakfast, Mains or Dessert and of course in Winter we have rich, hearty and very filling meals for Breakfast and/or the Main meal at night.
GUILT-FREE MELON BREAKFAST OR DESSERT
1 cup Watermelon Balls
1 cup Cantaloupe Balls
1 cup Honeydew Melon Balls
1/2 cup Pomegranate Pips
1/4 cup Fat-Free Plain Yoghurt
1 TB Honey
2 TB Walnuts, chopped
1.) Divide the Fruit between 4 serving bowls.
2.) Mix the Yoghurt with the Honey and Nutmeg – drizzle over the Fruit.
3.) Top with the chopped Walnuts and serve.
