Peanut Butter Snickers Ice-Cream Sauce

Peanut Butter Snickers Ice-Cream Sauce ~ To die for thick, sweet Snickers Ice-Cream Sauce topped with Malt balls #IceCreamSauce #PeanutButterRecipe

I have made this Peanut Butter Snickers ice-cream sauce countless times already and it is still a favorite !

Even Dimitri, who normally only likes Peanut Butter on a sandwich, loves this ice-cream sauce. It is so much better than anything store-bought and takes only minutes to make.

The Peanut Butter Snickers ice-cream sauce is the most gooey, sticky sauce I have ever had and it never fails.

Topping the sauce with Malt Chocolate Balls also gives any ice-cream a delicious crunch, and who does not like these Chocolate Balls anyway !

One thing though, only make enough to use immediately or at least within the hour as the sauce thickens and gets more toffee-ish on standing.

PEANUT BUTTER SNICKERS ICE-CREAM SAUCE

approximately 1 1/2 cups Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Fresh Cream  {whipping cream/double cream}
1/2 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
3 TB Muscovado Brown Sugar
2 x 50g Snickers Bars, chopped roughly
1 TB Golden Syrup   {or Honey/Corn Syrup}

2/3 cup Malt Chocolate Balls, chopped

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Place the Fresh Cream, Peanut Butter, Sugar, Snickers Bars and Syrup in a medium saucepan - melt all ingredients together for 3 minutes, stirring continuously.

Pour immediately over Ice-Cream and top with the Malt Chocolate Balls.
