English Toffee and Banana Milkshake

English Toffee and Banana Milkshake ~ Extra Creamy Milkshake for the grown-ups ! #Milkshake #EnglishToffee #AlcoholicDrink

A Milkshake for the grown-ups !  This English Toffee and Banana Milkshake is over the top delicious. The banana gives it more of a creamy texture than taste, but there is definitely a hint of banana.

I topped the milkshake with Banana Chips instead of fresh bananas because the fresh bananas did not stand out as much as the chips. Have to say the fresh bananas might have looked better on the photos, but oh well, I have become a fan of most dried {and I mean crispy} fruits and even vegetables.

Ever made Eggplant crisps ?  If not, you should definitely try them. I can finish off a batch by myself easily.

Back to the actual recipe of today - thick, creamy and as boozy as you like. Feel free to add more {or less} Liqueur.

The recipe below is only for one serving. I found with a normal blender size, two servings are the maximum to blitz at one time.

ENGLISH TOFFEE AND BANANA MILKSHAKE

1 Serving

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Vanilla Ice-Cream
1 Medium Banana, chopped
1 - 2 t Honey, to taste  {optional}
2 TB English Toffee Liqueur
Pinch Ground Cinnamon
2 - 3 Banana Chips

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Place the Ice-Cream, Banana, Honey and Liqueur in a blender or milkshake maker - blitz until creamy - pour into milkshake glasses.
2.) Sprinkle with Cinnamon and top with Banana Chips.
