Gooey Cookies & Cream Bars {3 ingredients}

With A Blast: Gooey Cookies & Cream Bars {3 ingredients} #nobake #bars #cookies #3ingredient

Only 3 ingredients in this recipe ! And it is quick to make, quick to set - just my kind of snack.

I wanted something sweet and crunchy the other day but did not feel like baking or spending much time in the kitchen. So off I went ... yep, Pinterest ! Where else? {well, there are lots of other places but Pinterest is usually my first hunting ground}

And I found exactly what I was looking for - quick, easy, ingredients on hand, sweet and crunchy! I made no changes to the recipe which I found HERE  {source: BAKERGIRL}

GOOEY COOKIES & CREAM BARS {3 ingredients}

500g Oreo Cookies, chopped roughly  {not too fine}
5 cups Large Marshmallows
4 TB Butter

1.) Line a 20 x 20cm baking dish with aluminium foil - let the foil hang over the edges for easy removal.
2.) Melt the Marshmallows and Butter in a large microwavable bowl until puffy - remove from microwave - add the Oreo cookie pieces - stir quickly to combine.
3.) Transfer to the prepared dish - allow to set 10 - 15 minutes.

Remove from the dish - Cut Serve and Enjoy !
